Aircraft Pump Housing Casting

The original aircraft pump housing had a
second machined piece with numerous welds
that needed testing. We created a single
casting -- a more reliable, less expensive solution.

Our shell core and mudding techniques provide a
smooth and complex interior surface
(visible in the cut-away).

This core is made from 16 separate core pieces
that have to be assembled in multiple planes.
