Company History

Based in Erie, PA, Arrow Castings has been delivering precision aluminum castings throughout
North America since Fred and Margaret Reed purchased the company in 1959. The second
generation of my family continues to be actively involved in the management of the company and
are proud to be owners of a company that has maintained its reputation for quality parts, on time,
and at a fair price.

Many of the members of our team have relatives who either are working for us or have retired, having
passed on their knowledge to those who have followed in their footsteps. Over half of our men have
worked for us for at least 29 years and have expertise that is hard to beat.

Some of our customers were with the company when the Reed family purchased it and have maintained
close relationships throughout the years. Our customers vary from an artisan's studio to some of the
largest corporations in the world. We make products from simple hinge posts to critical engine parts
on Boeing 737s. We strive to work with our customers to produce castings that will meet their
requirements in the most economical manner possible, often offering suggestions about tooling and
production changes that might save them money or lead time.

Our shipments leave our foundry proudly labeled with and American flag stating the parts were Made
in America. We are committed to producing your parts in-house and do not outsource our manufacturing
